While this is called a fish spatula, it is certainly not just for fish.  It’s great for burgers, omelets, vegetables, anything!  It is thin and flexible enough to let you slide it easily under whatever you are cooking.  It’s sturdy enough to scrape up a seared chop, or to use on the grill.  The slots let you easily drain the grease off your meat when moving to a serving plate.

When using the spatula on the grill make sure to keep your oven mitt handy.  The handle of the spatula is short for grill work, but paired with an oven mitt you can get the job done without fear of burns.
